sensing since 2007
From a background in applied physics, metrology, and electronics, I started doing more and more projects in the environmental sensing, materials science, and acoustic recording. I've made various sensing systems for academic research, assisted startups with low-power system design, and open-sourced the hardware I've worked on along the way. I've worked out of closets, hotel rooms, and fully outfitted electronics labs, and am very familiar with hardening devices for use in the field.
